Ok so point slope form is y-y1 = m(x-x1) where m is the slope
Slope is the change in y over change in x
So you get (-4)-(-6)/(6-4) so you get 2/2 as the slope
That means your equation is y-4 = 1(x-(-6)) which is the same as y-4 = x+6
