A caloric deficit depending on the time you need to lose it in is the size of a deficit u need to go on a deficit can honestly be done by simply cutting out unnecessary calories but it could take more but yes you want to eat clean non processed lean food if possible and also a good push pull or some sort of weightlifting plan would help you lose weight while building muscle making you look even leaner than just losing 60kg
