The word ushered has a conpletely different meaning according to the dictionary however within sentence, it seems correct in this way:

Her voice that once lingered with bright hopitality now ushered with hostility.

Is it correct? Sounds good.

No because ushered mean cause or mark the start of something new. Or show or guide (someone) somewhere.
