⇒Let us first find the expression of f(h(t))

⇒It means in the expression of f in the place of t you will plug in the value of what h is equal to.

f(h(t))=(-2t)-8\\f(h(t))=-2t-8

Now f(h(-5)) means in the place of t you will plug in -5 and simplify.

f(h(-5))=-2(-5)-8\\\\f(h(-5))=10-8\\f(h(-5))=2
