Sherene was the youngest child. her whole life it was her mom, dad, and her older brother Dylan. Dylan was smart, witty, and an athlete. the perfect child anyone could ever ask for, however, Sherene was just the opposite, she struggled in school had no friends, and couldn't run to save her life. ever since she was a kid she has lived in her brother's shadow, anytime she made a mistake it was "Sherene why can't you be more like your brother?" or "Sherene maybe you should take notes from Dylan". Sherene just couldn't take any more of it sixteen years of dread built up inside of her, it boiled and festered like an unpopped zit. One day Sherene had enough after her perfect brother got home from his perfect school and lived his perfect life he went to take a shower. Sherene saw her chance and took it. she slithered into the bathroom as quietly as she could and shanked her brother with the knife he got her for Christmas, the pink camo hunting knife dripped into the bathtub as the water began to change. The pounding of footsteps approached from behind, she could feel her parents over her shoulder but their screams sounded so far away in her head Sherene took a deep breath. Looked at the dark, murky water and slowly lowered her hand into it as her face stretched into a grin.
