Check the picture below.


tan(x) =\cfrac{\stackrel{opposite}{10}}{\underset{adjacent}{4}}\implies tan(x)=\cfrac{5}{2}\implies x=tan^(-1)\left( \cfrac{5}{2} \right)\implies x\approx 68.20^o

Make sure your calculator is in Degree mode.
