The formula to find area of circle is:

\boxed{ \mathfrak \red{ area = \pi r ^(2) }}

Where,

  • r is radius
  • the value of pi is constant

In our case,

  • r = 11 ft
  • pi = 3.14

\orange { \sf \: area = 3.14 * {11}^(2) }

\green{ \sf \: area = 3.14 * 121}

\blue{ \sf \: area = 379.94 \: {ft}^(2) }

Solution:

Note that:

  • Area of circle: πr²
  • r = 11 ft.

Substitute the radius in the expression to find the area of the circle.

  • (π)(r²)
  • => (22/7)(11²)
  • => (22/7)(121)
  • => 380.29 ft² (Rounded)
