Does anyone know how to solve this?

(2x^2)-6x+9 can be written in the form (a(x-b)^2)+c where a b c can be written as integers or fractions in their simplest form.


a) work out the values of a b c
b) using your answer to part a), solve (2x^2)-6x+9=12.5. give any fractions or surds in your answers in their simplest forms.
