Imagine you were a conservative or a liberal living through the Clinton presidency. Describe how you would have felt about his presidency coming from either the conservative or liberal point of view.

If I were a liberal, watching the Clinton presidency, I would probably be pretty conflicted. Clinton, while he was a liberal, also committed acts viewed by some as impeachable. So I would be glad that my party was in power, but also concerned with what Clinton did during his terms.

If I were a conservative, I would probably be aggravated and horrified. Aggravated that my party wasn't in power, and horrified at Clinton's exploits.

By exploits, I am of course referring to Clinton's affair with a white house intern.
