What is the value of f(2) when given f(x)=4x+12

f(2) indicates that in order to solve the problem, we are going to plug in 2 in any spot that we see the variable x. we can then use pemdas to solve!
f(2) = 4(2) + 12
f(2) = 8 + 12
f(2) = 20
