If mars had life and resources and there were people what would happen?

knowing humans and how greedy they are, mars would probably become a hot spot for the upper class. after they make sure it is safe, people would probably charge thousands of dollars to go there. ooooorrrr it would be the complete opposite and they would send the lower class they for "free" and use them as an experiment to see if its safe for everyone else.

it would probably just be an earth 2, except there are not much resources there that we can take.
