Answer: y = 2x - 13

Explanation:

y=mx + b

m= (-7-(-1))/(3-6)

= (-6)/(-3)

m = 2

y = 2x + b

(6, -1) <-- use to find "b" by substituting either one of the coordinates

-1 = 2(6) + b

-1 = 12 + b

-13 = b

y = 2x - 13
