Answer:

One solution: x + 3 = 2x

No solution: x + 3 = x

Infinitely many solutions: x + 3 = 2 ( 0.5x + 1.5 )

Explanation:

1 ) x + 3 = 2x

x = 3

2 ) x + 3 = x

No Solution...

3 ) x + 3 = 2 ( 0.5x + 1.5 )

One solution:
y = 3x+2
y=2x+4

No solution:
y=3x+2
y=3x+1

Infinitely:
y=2x+4
y=4x+8
