Answer:

y=3/5x+3

Explanation:

Im sorry if this is wrong your picture is a little blurry or something but

for the +3 part you go up 3 then find a pretty spot on the graph(when the line goes through a point) and
(rise)/(run) would be 3 over five since you go down 3 and to the left 5 which would both be negative but two negatives make a positive.
