Answer: 3. 16=X 4. X=51

Explanation:

Okay so for number 3, both angles are the same because of the parallel lines, so you can have the angles be equal to each other. Then just do the math. Giving you 16 as the answer

For 4 the angles added up together equal 180 because of the parallel lines. So you have to make them add up and then equal to 180, at the ending the answer is 51.
