P2 = 499 torr

V2 = 789 mL

V1 = ?

applying Boyle's Law

P1 * V1 = P2 * V2

756 torr * V1 = 499 torr * 789 mL

V1 = 499 torr * 789 mL / 756 torr

V1 = 520.78 mL
