I think only wealthy white men were delegates to the First and Second Continental Congress because they had influence and support from people. White men, specially wealthy white men, were the only ones who were allowed to be educated so they had better knowledge of public speaking and writing, something that black and indigenous people as well as women did not have. During this time, black people were also mostly slaves in the South and if there were any free black people in the North they didn't exactly have a lot of support or education as to compared to a white male. Indigenous people on the other hand did not like the colonists to begin with and wanted to drive them out so I don't think it would be possible for them to be part of the First or Second Continental Congress. Women were also viewed as house wives and didn't have a 'voice' in politics.
