Regardless of the crime a person has committed, he has the right to live his life with full freedom. But such a freedom at the cost of other people's happiness is not worth it. This is why people who pose a threat to the well being of the people or the society as a whole are meant to be in the prison. Because the freedom of one person cannot become at the cost of the freedom of a society as a whole
