Suppose your memory of where you were

for 21 minutes after school one day six
weeks ago depended on whether or not
you would be convicted of murder. What
would need to happen that specific day
for you to have a better chance of
remembering your alibi?

Some sort of semi significant event. Could be as small as finding a $20 bill on the ground, or it could be the date something decently devastating has happened. Most people know where they were during 9/11 even if they were doing insignificant things.
