First you should distribute the x's as shown:

(x)(x)+(x)(−3)+(3)(x)+(3)(−3)+x2+−6x+9=x2+−3x+3x+−9+x2+−6x+9

Then combine Like terms:

↓x2+−3x+3x+−9+x2+−6x+9=↓

↓(x2+x2)+(−3x+3x+−6x)+(−9+9)↓

2x2+−6x
