Explanation:

pt slope formula is

y-y₁=m(x-x₁)

First put values in

y--5=m(x-2) (you could used either point, I chose the first one out of the two)

Then find the slope

-1+5/0-2

4/-2

-2

y+5=-2(x-2)

solve

y+5=-2x+4

y=-2x-1
