151 ounces, or 9 pounds 7 ounces

16 ounces = 1 pound
131 ounces = 8.1875 pounds
After 4 weeks Omar gains 20 ounces, which is 1.25 pounds.
8.1875 + 1.25 = 9.4375 pounds
