Answer:

3 units left 7 units down

Explanation:

if the sign is inside the bracket opposite sign

if the sign is outside the bracket leave it as it is

so (x+3)=0 which means x= -3 so 3 units left since it is on x axis. 7 is on y axis and since it is negative so 7 units down.
