Equation of circle is, (x-h)^2+ (y-k)^2=r .......(eqn1)

where, (h,k) is the center and r is the radius.

therefore, from the question by rearranging the equation,

x² + y² + 4x − 6y + 12=0

viz, (x² +4x+4) + (y²-6y+9)-1=0

(x+2)^2 + (y-3)^2=1

therefore from eqn1, (-2,3) is the center and radius is 1
