The somatic nervous system (SNS) and autonomic nervous system (ANS) together integrate the nervous system. The SNS controls skeletal muscle, also involves conscious control, sensory neurons like akin among others, meanwhile the ANS control viscera, smooth muscle, and glands, also is involved in unconscious involuntary control and can be divided into two parts the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system both involved in the stimuli and inhibition of effectors.
