Here, we want to get the graph that has values of m and b greater than zero

Mathematically, for the values to be greater than zero, they must be positive

A positive graph (one with slope m as positive value) rises from left to right

The y-intercept that is positive will meet a point on the positive y-axis

Now, looking at the graphs, the correct one is the third graph (the one direcly above the graph that has a straight line parallel to the x-axis)

The graph rises from left to right and also intercepts a value on the positive y-axis
