Let's make the larger angle x degrees, so the smaller angle would be x - 18 degrees.

Thus, we have;


\begin{gathered} x+x-18=90 \\ 2x-18=90 \\ 2x=108 \\ x=(108)/(2)=54^o \\ \text{and } \\ x-18=36^o \end{gathered}
