The equation is

-4x+4y=16

which is equal to

-x+y=4

For x=0 we have that y=4 and (x,y)=(0,4)

for x=3 we replace it in the previous formula -3+y=4 then y=7 and (x,y)=(3,7)

for y=o we have that -x=4 then x=-4 and (x,y)=(-4,0)
