The number of ways to select 2 teachers from 11 teachers are,

11C_2

The number of ways in which 4 students can be selected from 16 students are,

16C_4

The, the total number of ways in which the committe can be formed is,

\begin{gathered} n=11C_2*16C_4 \\ n=55*182 \\ n=10010 \end{gathered}

Thus, the answer is 10010.
