We have two inequalities, and we need to solve for c:

First, add 6 to both sides of the inequality:

c-6\leq0\Rightarrow c-6+6\leq0+6\Rightarrow c\leq6_{}

And

Second, add 1 to both sides of the inequality:

c-1\ge8\Rightarrow c-1+1\ge8+1\Rightarrow c\ge9

Then, the answer as compound inequality with integers is:

\lbrace c\leq6,c\ge9\rbrace

The answer is the previous expression {c <=6 or c>=9} (Option d).
