Substitute -5 for m and 3 for n in the expression and simplify.

\begin{gathered} ((2m^(-1)n^5)/(3m^0n^4))^2=\lbrack(2(-5)^(-1)(3)^5)/(3(-5)^0(3)^4)\rbrack^2 \\ =\lbrack-(2)/(15)(3)^(5-4)\rbrack^2 \\ =\lbrack-(6)/(15)\rbrack^2 \\ =(4)/(25) \end{gathered}

So value of expression is 4/25.
