The equation is given as,

For the polar form,

$\begin{gathered} x\text{ = rcos}\theta \\ y\text{ = rsin}\theta \end{gathered}$

Modifying the given equation,

$3rcos\theta+2rsin\theta-5=0$

Taking r common,

$r(3cos\theta+2sin\theta)-5=0$

Transposing 5 to R.H.S,
