Theoretical probability is used to express the likelihood of the occurrence of an event. It is expressed as

number of favourable outcomes/number of total possible outcomes

The total number of sections in the roulette = 5

We are concerned with the section, B. There are 2 B sections. Thus, the number of favourabble outcomes is 2

Therefore,

Probability = 2/5
