C. Diagonals are not always congruent in paralleogram. If the diagonals are cognruent then the figure is a rectangle.

D. The diagonals bisect opposite angles only if the sides are all of equal length like in a square.

Thus, among the given properties, the one which is always true for a paralleogram is:

A. Diagonals bisect each other.
