Absolutely not, the ideology on paper seems like a dream where everyone is equal but in real life it is destroyed by government corruption and if you look at communist countries there is a huge number of poverty in fact in Cuba doctors make as much as taxi drivers which is outrageous

True Communism, such as Marxism would be unrealistically hard to pull off in actual society. This means no one should move up the social ladder as that would go against the ideals of Communism. People are naturally ambitious, which would be a problem with the economics of true Communism.
