For this problem we use the formula for the volume of a cone

V=(\pi)/(3)\cdot r^2\cdot h

Substituting, and using pi=3.14 we get

V=(3.14)/(3)\cdot(6.1\operatorname{cm})^2\cdot10.4\operatorname{cm}=405.04cm^3
