We have that:


x=\frac{-5+\sqrt[]{25-4\cdot3\cdot-2}}{6}=\frac{-5+\sqrt[]{49}}{6}=(-5+7)/(6)=(2)/(6)=(1)/(3)

and


x=(-5-7)/(6)=(-12)/(6)=-2
