We have:

only 7 digit codes

The number of possible combinations is:

7i

The probability the spy is able to unlock the smart phone on his first try is:

P=(1)/(7i)

Then:

P=(1)/(7*6*5*4*3*2*1)=(1)/(5040)

Answer:

(1)/(5040)
