The formula for the volume of the cone is:

V=(1)/(3)\pi r^2h
\begin{gathered} 3V=\pi r^2h \\ (3V)/(\pi r^2)=h \end{gathered}

Now that the formula was rewriten in terms of h, you can proceed to calculate the heigth of the cone:

V=32 cm³

r= 4cm

π=3.14

h=(3V)/(\pi r^2)=(3\cdot32)/(3.14\cdot4^2)=(96)/(50.24)=1.91

The height of the cone is aprox 2 cm
