th general form of a wquation on point slope form is

(y-y1)=m(x-x1)

where m is the slope and (x1,y1) is a point

i can replace m and x1,y1 ussing the statements

\begin{gathered} (y-5)=(2)/(3)(x-(-3)) \\ \\ (y-5)=(2)/(3)(x+3) \end{gathered}

so the right option is D
