The answer is x=-18

There are several ways to solve this. The way I used was first invert the nominator and denominator in both sides of the equation:

`-(5)/(9)=(10)/(x)\Rightarrow-(9)/(5)=(x)/(10)`

Now x is on the top, and is easier to solve it:

`-(9)/(5)=(x)/(10)\Rightarrow x=-(9\cdot10)/(5)=-(90)/(5)=-18`
