First, we will find the x-intercept making y=0

3x-y= -8

3x-0=-8

3x=-8

x=-8/3

x=-2.667

The x-intercept is (-2.667,0)

Then for the y-intercept, we make x=0

3x-y=-8

3(0)-y=-8

y=8

The y-intercept is (0,8)

The graph is
