The given equation of line is

y+4=(2)/(5)(x-3)

Finding the x and y intercepts

For x intercept

When y = 0

This gives

\begin{gathered} 0+4=(2)/(5)(x-3) \\ 4=(2)/(5)(x-3) \\ 20=2x-6 \\ 20+6=2x_{} \\ 26=2x \\ x=(26)/(2) \\ x=13 \end{gathered}

Hence, x intercept is (13, 0)

For y intercept

When x = 0

This gives

\begin{gathered} y+4=(2)/(5)(0-3) \\ y+4=(2)/(5)(-3) \\ y=(-6)/(5)-4 \\ y=(-6-20)/(5) \\ y=-(26)/(5) \\ y=-5.2 \end{gathered}

Hence, y intercept is (0, - 5.2)

Using an online graphing calculator, the graph is as shown below
