(0,7) and (0, 7/2).

Explanation:

lets start with putting 0 instead of x to get the y-intercept:

x = 0, y= -7

and then we put 0 instead of y to get the x-intercept:

Y = 0, 0=2x-7, x = 7/2

we can put the points (0,7) and (0, 7/2).

Put your starting point on -7 of the y axis, then go up 2 and over one from -7 to create a line
