\begin{gathered} surface\text{ area = 2A}^2\text{+4AH} \\ where \\ A\Rightarrow base\text{ edge} \\ H\Rightarrow height \end{gathered}

From the above figure, we have


\begin{gathered} A=11\text{ cm} \\ H=12\text{ cm} \\ A\text{ = 2\lparen11\rparen}^2+4(11*12) \\ =2(121)+2(132) \\ =242+528 \\ =770\text{ cm}^2 \end{gathered}
