We have the next coordiantes (-2.3,-4.1)

First we need to calculate the resultant


r=√((-2.3)^2+(-4.1)^2)
r=4.7

Then we calculate the angle


\theta=tan((-4.1)/(-2.3))^(-1)=-119.3

Therefore the polar coordinate is


4.7\angle-119.3
