remember the formula for the slope of the line

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

For the blue line

point 1= (-3,2)

point 2= (4,-1)

find the slope

\begin{gathered} m=(-1-2)/(4-(-3)) \\ m=-(3)/(7) \end{gathered}

For the red line

point 1= (2,5)

point 2= (2,-3)

find the slope

\begin{gathered} m=(-3-5)/(2-2) \\ m=-(8)/(0)=IND \end{gathered}

Since the denominator is equal to 0 we can say that the line has an undefined slope.
