The arc length is given by:

s=r\theta

In this case the arc length is 10 ft and the angle is 2.45 radians, plugging the values and solving for r we have:

\begin{gathered} 10=2.45r \\ r=(10)/(2.45) \\ r=4.08 \end{gathered}

Therefore, the radius of the circle is 4.08
