In this problem we have that:

\begin{gathered} f(x)=x^2+1 \\ g(x)=(1)/(x) \end{gathered}

So now we can make the product f(x)g(x)

f(x)g(x)=(x^2+1)/(x)

Now to find the domain of this exprestion we have to make the denominator equal to 0 so:

x=0

This means that the domine of the function f(x)g(x) will be all real numbers, except 0
