We are asked to determine the wavelength of a wave that travels with a velocity of 23.8 m/s and has a frequency of 11 Hz. To do that we will use the following formula:-

v=f\lambda

Where:

\begin{gathered} v=\text{ wave velocity} \\ f=\text{ frenquency} \\ \lambda=\text{ wavelength} \end{gathered}

Now, we solve for the wavelength by dividing both sides by the frequency:

(v)/(f)=\lambda

Plugging in the values we get:

(23.8(m)/(s))/(11Hz)=\lambda

Solving the operations we get:

2.2m=\lambda

Therefore, the wavelength is 2.2 meters.
